Arugula

Also known as rocket, this jagged leaf is known for it's strong, peppery flavour. Its most common use is being incorporated into various salads to provide an extra kick.

Arugala has a high vitamin K contents along with a good few other micronutrients. It's also a cruciferous vegetable so has similar a phytonutrient profile to others in the family, potentially offering some of the same benefits.
