Brazil Nuts

NUT

Named after their origin in the Brazilian rainforest, these chunky, buttery nuts can be a great contributer to a healthy diet.

There has been association with reduction of cholesterol levels through low consumption of these nuts. However, one thing to take care of is their high quantity of Selenium, so to prevent adverse effects, don't exceed a moderate intake.
