Chives

A long stalked herb, chives are an ingredient that provides a savory, earthy flavour. The stalks are often used to top creamy dishes like soups and baked dishes.

Chives have really high quantities of vitamins similar to other herbs. Vitamin K and C especially, where the former has had positive associations with bone health and reduction of cancer cell growth.
