Coriander Leaves

VEGETABLE

Coriander (Cilantro) is a herb used for adding a fresh flavour to enhance savory dishes. Some people have likened the taste to soap which is still trying to be scientifically understood.

Despite not being know for its nutrient profile, coriander follows the trend of other leafy greens, providing exceptionally high levels of vitamins K, A and C as well as having large quantities of phytonutrients.
