Enoki Mushrooms

Enoki are a variety of mushroom that are long ghost like stems with small bulbed ends often coming in clusters, they're an integral part of Asian cuisines. They're great for adding texture to dishes like ramen and stirfrys.

Similar to other mushrooms, Enoki have a good collection of B vitamins along with various minerals. They have a good collection of phytonutrients with antixodiant and anti-inflammatory properties, being linked to improved immune system function and anti-cancer protection.
