Mangos

FRUIT

These juicy, flavourful fruit are abundant in hot climes. Mostly integrated into South Asian cuisine, mangos are used to sweeten curries, rice dishes, salads and smoothies - as well as being yummy on their own.

Mangos have a decent vitamin content, plus numerous bioactive compounds. There have been numerous non-human studies on their effects, especially around regulation of obesity, but none is conclusive.
