Okra

Also known as "Ladies' Fingers", okra has a unique, mild taste. Crunchy raw, but when cooked okra can quickly become slimey. Often used in asian cooking either in spiced dry or wet curries.

Okra has a rounded profile of vitamins and minerals, especially manganese, vitamin K and vitamin C. It also contains a selection of antioxidants mostly found in the plants seeds, including various flavonoids.
