Oyster Mushrooms

FUNGUS

Named for their oyster like appearence, these mushrooms are even more impressive when bought as a clump. They've often been used to add a meaty texture to a meal whether it they're seasoned and cooked alone or mixed into hearty dishes.

They have a good collection of vitamins including riboflavin (B2) and niacin (B3). Mushrooms have been associated with a variety of postive health metrics including improved immune system function and anti-cancer effects.
