Parsnips

VEGETABLE

These sweet, cream coloured root veg are close relatives to carrots. They're used to supplement anywhere a root veg can be used in a dish, often roasted or added to soups and curries.

Parnips aren't particularly nutrient dense, but do have a collection of antioxidants, fiber and a decent contribution to your vitamin C intake.
