Despite their deceptive name, these legumes are a well known staple of many cuisines. From pad thai to PB&Js, despite not being a nut they boast a similar mineral dense composition.

High in protein, fiber, calories and antioxidants, these "ground nuts" pack a weighty nutritional punch.
