One of the ancient fruits, plums are a stone fruit with a wide range of varieties. Often used to flavour deserts or drinks, they're grown worldwide.

Not too high in micronutrients, the benefits of plum consumption is associated with their antioxidant and phytonutrient contents. They're also considered a good means of regulating digestion.
